  1. All site-based InTech Redelivery Training shall be conducted under the auspices of a cooperating Georgia Educational Technology Training Center.
  2. The InTech Redelivery Team is responsible for redelivering InTech as a 50-hour professional development program worth 5 SDUs. All InTech-related SDUs shall be awarded from a Georgia Educational Technology Training Center (ETTC). 

  3. An InTech Redelivery Team shall be composed of a minimum of three (five preferred) InTech certified educators who will redeliver InTech within their system only in the expression for which they are certified.

  4. A minimum of two (three to five preferred) Redelivery Team members shall be present and integrally involved in presenting and facilitating instruction at each on-site Redelivery Training Session. Any non-certified Redelivery Team member must be paired with a certified Redelivery Team member for redelivering InTech.

  5. At the completion of the 2-day InTech Redelivery Train-the-Trainer Program, each trainer will receive a Redelivery Certificate. ALL Redelivery Certificates expire September 1 of each year and must be renewed at the September InTech Redelivery Annual Meeting. See Quarterly Meetings for dates.

  6. InTech Redelivery Training Sessions shall be a minimum of four consecutive hours in duration.

  7. InTech Redelivery Teams must provide instruction from the most CURRENT revision of the InTech manual as provided by the Georgia Educational Technology Training Centers.

  9. Redelivery instructors shall follow the most CURRENT instructor notes provided by the Georgia Educational Technology Training Centers. Revised manuals and instructor notes are due out in June  of each year.
  10. Redelivery instructors shall use the InTech class Web site created by the Kennesaw State University ETTC and located on their Web site at: 

  11. The training facility used to redeliver InTech shall have one computer per participant. All computers shall be equipped with an Internet connection. Scanners and digital cameras shall be available during the training. 

  12. The school/system sponsoring site-based InTech Redelivery Training shall archive a Participant Portfolio for each person who takes Redelivery for a minimum of five years. The portfolio must consist of the following items:

    • Four Lesson Plans that meet the checklist criteria

    • Four Lesson Implementation and Assessment Forms

    • Samples of student work from each lesson plan

    • Seven reflective journal entries

    • Random samples of participant course work

  13. The school/system must also archive the following Course Completion Documentation for each Redelivery training session:

    • Teacher Application Forms

    • InTech Summary Form

    • InTech Redelivery Plan

    • ALL Participant Sign-in Sheets

  14. The InTech Redelivery team must submit an Archival Plan on Day 2 of the  InTech Redelivery Train-the-Trainer to the InTech Redelivery Coordinator indicating how the items listed above will be archived.

  15. The Redelivery Team shall submit via email an InTech Redelivery Plan for approval by the InTech Redelivery Coordinator BEFORE each new section of InTech Redelivery Training begins.  A three-week lead time is required for completion of the approval process. TRAINING CANNOT BEGIN WITHOUT APPROVAL OF YOUR PLAN. An InTech Redelivery Plan consists of the following forms:

Sec. 3 - Copyright Permission Contract
Sec. 4 - Detailed Training Agendas (Days 1-7)

The KSU no longer accepts Redelivery Plans in multiple files. Please consolidate into ONE Redelivery Plan file.

  1. InTech Redelivery plans should be e-mailed to the appropriate InTech Redelivery Coordinator for approval:

  2. The InTech Redelivery Coordinators shall make periodic site visits to offer support and assistance to school systems throughout the Redelivery process.

  3. After an InTech Redelivery Plan is approved, the Redelivery Coordinator will e-mail the InTech Team Captain an Approval Letter. At the bottom of the approval letter, a section number will be assigned in RED. Each Redelivery Plan will be assigned a unique section number. InTech Redelivery teams should refer to this section number when inquiring about SDUs or Certificates from the ETTC. 

  4. The InTech Redelivery team shall have their participants complete an online InTech Course Evaluation on Day 7 of InTech. Participants will need the section number of their class to complete the evaluation.

  5. The Redelivery Team shall submit hard copies of the following forms to the to the appropriate InTech Redelivery Coordinator after Day 7 of each InTech training section in order for participants to receive SDU credit:

  6. InTech Team Captains must submit all completed forms to the KSU ETTC by June 1 in order for the participants to receive SDU credits for the current year. Otherwise, SDUs will be granted the following year. No partial SDU credit will be awarded.

  7. After receiving ALL necessary forms, the KSU ETTC will issue InTech Certificates and award SDU credit to each participant. Certificates will be forwarded to the InTech Team Captain for distribution.

  8. The KSU ETTC will send SDU transcripts to the school system staff development office by June 30th of each year.

  9. The Educational Technology Training Center shall deny award of SDU credit and InTech Certificates to site-based trainees when InTech Redelivery Training fails to be implemented in accordance with the approved InTech Redelivery Plan.
