Redelivery MS Word Documents: The InTech Professional Development Program has potential for successful redelivery in school sites by members of a trained InTech Redelivery Team. Research has proven that InTech's specific training methodology results in improved teacher practices leading to enhanced teacher performance in five critical interrelated areas of instructional proficiency. Five Critical Areas:
InTech Redelivery consists of twenty contact hours of structured InTech Redelivery Train-the-Trainer instruction designed for participants to develop a customized, site-based InTech redelivery plan. Sessions prepare team members to redeliver the InTech Professional Development Program to school peers under the auspices of a Georgia Educational Technology Training Center (ETTC). Redelivery training provides certified InTech teams and their principals with information needed to design a feasible plan that will build the trainee’s skills in the five critical interrelated areas of instructional proficiency. The InTech Redelivery Team will assess the school’s student achievement status and determine school improvement needs. The InTech Redelivery Team will create a redelivery plan designed to use the InTech Professional Development Program to strengthen the faculty’s capacity to meet identified student academic and school improvement needs. InTech Redelivery Train-the-Trainer Program is comprised of 2 days of training. Days 1 and 2 (8:00 am - 4:00 pm) consist of 14 initial contact hours BEFORE redelivery training may begin. Each team will be responsible for developing a redelivery plan to complete the 20 hours of training. After successfully completing all 20 hours of the InTech Redelivery Train-the-Trainer Program, each trainer will receive a Redelivery Certificate. All Certificates must be renewed in September of each year at the InTech Redelivery Quarterly Meeting. Page
